I have 3 carpets - mats that need to be cleaned. Can i deliver these to you for cleaning or how do we proceed. Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour. Some preparation needed to fill holes from previous fixtures and paintings and then some small cracks here and there as the building settled
Entrance hall ,lounge,kitchen,scullery,pantry.6 doors n frames.3 window frames. Abt 41sqm in total.Doors need to be sandpapered .Few cracks to be filled .Few areas to remove old paint which is peeling away Window area is 4m length n 2 are 2,5m length. To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
I an very good with animals and people. I'm looking to take care after a couple or single persons house...properties. I prefer Ramsgate , Southbroom areas. I know the areas well. I'm a perfectionist. Everything will always be in mint condition. I have my own car. I'm currently in Gauteng, but want to move to the coast. Can you please send me a quote for a guest staying at my holiday apartment in Dec/Jan. Dates from 30th December until the 13th Jan. They require cleaning for the first week Monday to Saturday, then the following week only for 4 days. Cleaning would be for Making bed, general cleaning of unit, dishes, sweep, mop etc. If you can give me a seperate price for ironing service daily too please. . The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.
