Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I would like to get a quote for a plumber to come out to my house to do the following: 1. Check all taps some are leaking and some do not work at all 2. Repair or replace 2 x toilet cisterns (leaking) 3. Install and plumb new shower (Have fibre glass floor, waste, taps, shower head and doors.) 4. Supply and install hot water system to new shower. 5. install 9 double plug points chasing has been done, we will supply plugs, install 4 light switch points, most wiring is done new outdoor double plug we will supply 3 ceiling fans with remote control in existing lights 2 new single plugs in kitchen for extractor fan and ignition on gas oven, chasing done, we will supply plugs new junction box in bedroom ceiling some extras this job is very urgent as we were let down

We need advice on what needs to be done to obtain a COC. It is a farm / rural/ setting. We then need a COC to be issued when compliant as well, We were also advised to rather remove unnecessary items like pumps for water fountains, "pretty stoep lights" and self installed leads etc. The are three Eskom low amp boxes on the property that feeds each building
Require a quote for a repair for a water meter with a leak on the incoming pipe from the main in the street, to entering the meter. The meter is old apparently and the brass or copper pipe seems to be rusty and is clearly leaking at the joint. It possibly has more leaks. I need to remove and reinstall 2 of my aircons, between 2 houses. Dining room & main bedroom. I need to do an exchange. From one free standing house to another free standing house We are moving houses, our current house has new aircons, we are moving to another house where old aircons are installed. We would like to exchange these aircons between the houses and move into our new house with our new aircons & move our old aircons to our current house.
we have been renovating some of the house over the last couple of years, but we are looking to upgrade so that we can sell the house for more. upgrading includes a full renovation of the kitchen and scullery area, upgrading two bathrooms, replacing all the window frames and flooring, skirtings, fireplace, painting and stiling the 5 bedroom house.

plumbing a bathroom needs to be done over as it is an old steel bath where plumbing is not in wall but on the wall. tiles also need to be replaced. it will be a bath with a shower overhead, basin also be replaced. garage roof also needs to be done over the wooden strip on wall against which sheeting is mounted is rotting badly so whole roof needs to be done with most of the frame still being in excellent condition. poor waterproofing caused the rot. one face board on the main home also needs to be replaced. possibly would like the wall in front of home removed and replaced with solid sliding steel gate as well. this gate will be manual not motor based
New garden on gentle slope with existing retaining walls but might need more. We have 3 Milkwoods entangled in coastal shrubs that must be handled to Forestry rules.
