Hello, I would like to obtain an estimate for architect fees for plans for a stand I am interested in purchasing in Midstream Ridge Estate in Centurion. I have not acquired a structural engineer at this time. I will attend to the appointment of an NHBRC accredited construction company and will attend to plan submissions. The building I need is school. With 25 classroom double story T shaped. Can show designs and need the quote for planning purposes. Science labs,. Computer lab, toilet and a small clinic/ dispensary. It's a pen handle site.My ideal I need to build a house with granny' s flat and need 3 bedrooms, study room , sewing room, scullery including laundry room, kitchen, with island for stove ,working surface . Open plan for kitchen.,lounge, sitting room and diningroom. 4x garages with storeroom toilet and shower.. My bedroom should have walk in closet, en suite bathroom and walking shower with stool in the shower as I have spine disease and need my bedroom to have enough space. 2x Bathrooms and separate shower balcony for bedroom and open plan. My mind is first double storey as it's a Pen handle house site We need to be cost effective as we can when building.Discussing with the architect and his /her advise will assist.
I wish this project since is a start of Manucaturing company can have enough space for board room and Telephonic board room space for meetings. Ditigaly and through formal physical meeting. Also outside space where all the machinery for manufaturing process will take place. Including nice cosy environment for workers visitor, tea break and Lunch space.
We are finalizing a purchase of a 3 bed plus extra room that can be used as a guest bedroom. Currently there are 2 bathrooms and an external toilet. We would like open up the sitting area to connect with an open space which we would like to convert it to our new dinning. Then convert the current dinning to our kitchen and the current kitchen to an extra bedroom, extra bath and also make space to increase size of the current bathrooms. Remodelling our current study (which is attached to our bedroom) to a decent size walk-in closset with a study section. The other extra room part of it will make space for a laundry room add the rest will be used as entertainment/playroom and/study room. We would also like to add a one room domestic (stand alone)with a shower and a toilet.
* I am planning to build a 3 bedroom house in Lesotho. Preferably I wanted a double storey house but upon reading some articles on the internet I heard it's a bit expensive than single storey house so I resorted to single storey house. While checking some sample plans on the internet I came across a sample that I think it's closer to what I want. I have attached that sample plan althogh I with to make some modifications on it.
