However the outer layer of the sheets of wooden material used for the walls, is crumbling in small sections - facing into the weather Would like to assess repair before Cape winter
I need leaks on the roofs to be fixed, I need the damp spots to be sealed, gutters to be installed, scurting to be replaced, tiles installed at our stoves
Hi I would like to do a renovation to an existing outbuilding. The outbuilding is approximately 48sqm. Will need an entrance closed off, a wall removed and another wall up in another section. Painted and tiled. thanks
Extend the kitchen, add 2 bedrooms and add en-suite, and alter the garage roof, based on the plan. The Architect is still busy with the plan which will be ready end of March for this.
New gutters, painting, new kitchen design, new garage door, external wall plastering, new ceiling and lighting, new bathroom renovation, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixes.
I want to renovate the house to make it more modern and also safer, I want it to have the stylish and elegant finish on the inside and outside, the kitchen should have build in cupboards and the works. Just everything upgraded and remodelled.
