Grossly overcharged. Not transparent upfront about charging. Not prepared to give a quote - just presented a ridiculous, exorbitant invoice. They said it was impossible to provide a quote. The first account came close to R3000. I had a small leak in the irrigation pipe. He had to dig a little and fix the leak. The next morning he was booked to come back and overslept. I had to find the owners number and call him and the owner said that the guy overslept. He arrived and then I had to pay more. He would not leave the house until I had paid. I told him it was expensive and he told me "don't worry insurance will pay" which they didn't. I then asked him about 10 times after that to send me the invoice.

Need new floor throughout - would like laminate - new kitchen -new kitchen cabinets, new back splash, appliances- new bathroom - take out bath, put in one nice shower, new toilet, sink, tiles - flat needs plastering touch ups, whole flat needs paint. It is a 1 and a half bedroom flat. I would like an evaluation done on the wiring in the kitchen specifically. A certain plug trips the Earth Leakage constantly and I'm concerned that the wiring might not be safe anymore. Also the ceiling light in the kitchen has stopped working. Replacing the bulb with a new one did not fix the issue.
