Good day. There is a few things we want to do. 1. Remove old car port and build new one. 2. Break down braai area and build indoor braai with chimney. 3. Extend car port to backyard adding windows and sliding door, and back door. 4. Add lighting. 5. Move outdoor water pipe to the front. 6. Remove paving and add tiles. 7. Remove old artificial grass and add new one. 8. Break down pillar. That's what I recall.
I have an existing house with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen and one Bathroom. I have recently bought another house and would like to put this one on Air BNB but my concern is that the rooms are very small and it’s design is not suitable for Air BNB with all rooms sharing one bathroom. Therefore l would like to extend the house and possibly add Rooms to be Four all en-suites. The back yard is also big enough to make 3 more ensuits and would like to do them.

I wish to inquire about the possibility of getting a plan drafted for a contemporary loft apartment (80 square meters, full bathrooms for downstairs and loft area, dark grey color pallet with a bold industrial character). I wish to also ask about the approximate cost for the plan itself and a bill of quantities. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards,
I live in an old Victorian house. It’s a grade IIB listed property. I’ll be doing heritage-approved renovations. I’m looking for a builder that understands the requirements for these old homes as all building work needs to be sympathetic to the materials used in these houses (ie, lime mortar and plaster). Portland cement cannot be used as part of this project. Airplast is a good project that should be used instead, so a builder with knowledge of this product or similar is essential.

Good day, I am in the process of considering to buy and renovate a house. There is a few notable changes I would like to consider. The first one is to extend the current garage in order to accommodate a second vehicle. The garage currently is 16,5m squared and the backyard can accommodate the extension. A door will need to be added for courtyard and braai room access. The second change is to revamp the current front wall to accommodate a motorized gate. Not too sure if this will need to get approved or designed by an architect? Third change is to close off an existing sunroom for privacy. The wall will be approximately 4,21m and will need a few windows for sunlight. Fourth change will be to extend the current living area to create a braai room. This will join the tandem garage and will be dependent on the building lines allowed by the building commission / municipality. If all goes well, this change will be approximately 24,6m squared (8,2m x 3m) The fifth and final potential change is to add a scullery. This will be a smaller extension and accounting for 3,75m squared (1,5 x 2,5m) Please see attached original house plan and potential changes included. Kind regards,
