I want to build a double story house on a m square yard. i want a five bedroom house with the main bedroom on top and a balcony. Double garage kitchen with more space, sitting room dinning room, two toilets on the floor plan and three bedrooms. I would like to extend from single to double story. The plan must be approved firstly by the Home Owners association and then by the Tshwane Municipality and then by the bank (FNB). Currently the house is 3 bedroom, 80sqrs and would like a second floor that's also roughly 80sqrs. I attached a picture of what I would like, It is only for demonstration purposes.
