I have a litres of jojo slimline tank . I wanna connect water from the main water supply into jojo and from jojo into the house. I don’t know if the same pressure pump that is currently connected will work or should I buy one. I need a job to be done by professionals/ you don’t wanna take chances. So I need to know how much can be expected from me for the job to be done.
The thatched roofing will be used on a lodge with gumpole structure. The size on plan = 78m2 On a slope of 45 degrees = m2 I'm looking for a square meter rate that will be applicable for other units as well. Rate should include the thatch covering, the gumpole roofing structure as well as the gumpole columns.
Garage roof is rusted through in spots, leading to water leaking through, damaging garage wall and door (see pics). Part or all of the garage roof may need replacement. Original roof is galvanised mild steel. Floor size of garage is 32m2, so roof is slightly larger than that. Roof is only slightly sloped (see pic).

I haver an existing IBR roof with the following issues: Flashing removed at parapet joining at all resulting in leaks all over the roof. Pitch is too low. Wood used is and not . Wood is rotten at some places. Beam in lounge is not according to plan leading to sagging. IBR sheets is still the old solid IBR and can be taken off and put back. I am not sure what the damage is underneath

Hi, can you please supply me with a quote. My bathtub pop up came out now using a normal plug, secondly a hairpin got stuck in the sink and now the pop up plug won't come back up, thirdly my toilet after filling up the water continues to drip into the toilet, but now it is much more than dripping, I tried closing the water supply to the toilet, but even fully closed it keeps on running. I have 2 projects 1 approx 78m2 replace corrugated with ibr., check seal and repair woodwork and barge boards / facials ,almost flat roof..this is a stand alone out building . 1 approx 30 m2 shingles replace with suitable solution. Low slope 10 deg.this is an add on flat to the main house which currently leaks. I need advice on shingles or sheets for the flat. Thanks a mill
