Good day, on the 17th October we will be celebrating our wedding at the Knoetzie beach in Knysna. We are 12 people and are looking for a brunch at around in the morning of the 17th and then a Braai with salads, vegetables and desert in the evening from . There should be a braai master doing the braaing for us and we only need the setup staff for the brunch in the morning and the braai in the evening. Can you support us? Regards,
We looking for quote for spitbraai on the Farm for about people. We can supply the lambs for the spitbraai as well (if that is something you will allow) Family are sheep farmers. If you can price everything individually because we might hire a big tent but if you can suppy all of that. We also look for caterers to make big pots of food - like beef stew or chicken pot to serve the guests

Hi we would like to have catering for a wedding for people for 27 July . However we are interested in a simpler, function like, catering . For example 1x salad, 1x starch, 1x vegetable, 1x main meal, 1x dessert. We also would need waiters and delivery. The venue is still not confirmed. however it should be within 1 hour drive from Pretoria. We are still early in our planning, so we are still just finding out what our options are could you send us an estimate on what such a catering would cost us per person? regards

( A Spit braai later in the evening will follow as the mains- already contracted) We would like to have patés, bread, bread sticks, oysters, tuna skewers, fish, prawns, mussels and calamari type snacks. I have an event where I will be hosting between 80 - guests for a Spit braai, I would like something a bit classy, but need to meet a busget - so cant be too flashy It is based in a factory area - using the outside of the workshop for the braai, serving will be done inside the workshop where my guests will be saeted for presentations and entertainment.
