We are planning on ordering/building 5 barn types of steel structures like what BMI steel does (roof and support). Looking at a 15m x 30m home on 1 level (4,5m to eve’s height), I am trying to establish a very rough estimate for the shareholders. It is for a farm set-up. We like nice finishes but they must be suitable for the farm environment. Our one particular home should have 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a patio, battery room for solar, and big open plan living areas. We have an architect friend to draw up plans. I am trying to form a rough idea for now, if possible pls.
To build a open plan one bedroom house with on-suite bathroom, living area (open plan) and a single garage ,attached to the house, with the intention to develop the house over a period of time. The first phase , foundation to rooftop to be finished in 3 months to enabel occupant to move in . Plot in mind is situated on riverbank.

Pool house(3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, 3 bathroom). Outdoor kitchen. Main pool. Tennis court/basketball court. Flower garden with fish pond and picnic spot. 10 car garage with mechanic station. Go kart field and paint balling field. Underground weapon and shooting range. Glass house(Hobbies). Sunroom. Fish pond. Safe house( 2bedrooms,bathroom, food pantry and fridge, kitchen, lounge, first aid station). Guard house. Caretakers house. Smart house tech with fire suppression system. It has a small dam which we would also like to extend. The landscaping will be a lot of work but l'm sure we can make it happen.
I have a small kitchen with a single wall that needs to be knocked out between it and the living room, a full kitchen remodel with new cupboards, a kitchen island and gas stove. (Convert to open plan kitchen) Re-tiling about 52sqm including kitchen, living area, dining area and bathroom. Tile removal in bathroom, new bath and toilet units, walk in shower and moving vanity. Potentially remove existing bedroom cupboards and install new ones.

3 bed,2 bath, 2 garage house 2 story family home. 1st floor open floor plan kitchen small dinning area an moderate living room( has to be one large continuing space. A small laundry and single toilet combo room.2 car garage. Small undercover braai dining space off either the kitchen or living room. Medium size pool. 2nd floor 2 moderate kids room with the full bathroom the the middle. Main bedroom with ensuite ( shower toilet and bassin). Has to have the Paarl Vally town house feel ( white pain outside with medium size windows.
Additional flat above double garage. Double garage already closed of and made into rooms. Will also need plans on new garage where car port is standing. Building is for my parents in law retirement. I need someone to come and do a site visit on 17 June anytime after 1pm. My parents in law are here and would like to be part of the discussions.
We are opening a new day spa in Northcliff. Property is currently used as offices. We need to remodel existing internal space to accommodate offices / treatment rooms / bathrooms / nail bar. Added on we need - an indoor pool / a dining area / kitchen Phase 2 - a honey suite and 3 villas for sleep over accommodation
Good day, I’m looking for a quote to remodel two bathrooms, where I want to install a new bathtub, double vanity and toilet and other accessories. In the main bathroom, I would like to extend the bathroom by demolishing the staff quarter in the back about 3 x 2 m. I don’t have the building plans as yet.
