I need to convert my garage to a bedroom. Just need a ceiling put in and drywall to block garage door from thee inside. No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays. Water supply to complex must be turned off , so that the stop cock can be replaced. I've done renovations to our flat ,and discovered a ancient, faulty stop cock. The stop cock is leaking and is on the main water supply pipe to our unit. We need to replace this faulty stop cock, and fit a new one. The problem is that we need to turn off the water supply to the complex, replace the stop cock, and return the water supply.
We have already dug open the underground sewerage pipe. Roots of a tree grew into old clay type sewerage pipe. We shall also remove the existing sewerage pipe , 5 meter length. We have already bought the new mm underground sewerage pipe ( 6 meter length) as well as the connecter fittings ( mm ) . We have also bought the river sand which should be placed in the trench underneath the new pipe and also on top of the new pipe. Please quote to place the new pipe.
