My roof is damage on left corner of the house, but the roof is not leaking, house looks old and needs painting, Ive also looked into re-plastering the house as another option but for this i need further advise, Need to install aluminium windows and change doors, (Mainly kitchen door and the the other door) , 2 bathrooms needs complete renovation, Revamping of the garage as well is required.

I have not been paying tax and don't have a steady income as it fluctuates and is seasonal but if I spread it out over 12 months it comes to more or less 25k per month. I have recently bought another house and would like to put this one on Air BNB but my concern is that the rooms are very small and it’s design is not suitable for Air BNB with all rooms sharing one bathroom. Therefore l would like to extend the house and possibly add Rooms to be Four all en-suites. The back yard is also big enough to make 3 more ensuits and would like to do them.

I need the fence with razor wire on top as well as 5 x double gates for access for motor vehicles. But because it is a n old complex with access from the road, each house will have to have a access gate.
