We are planning on ordering/building 5 barn types of steel structures like what BMI steel does (roof and support). Looking at a 15m x 30m home on 1 level (4,5m to eve’s height), I am trying to establish a very rough estimate for the shareholders. It is for a farm set-up. We like nice finishes but they must be suitable for the farm environment. Our one particular home should have 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a patio, battery room for solar, and big open plan living areas. We have an architect friend to draw up plans.
