Hi, I was advised by the council to contact a architect regarding internal alterations in my apartment. To whom concerned I have an interest for a simple extension to include a small bedroom with simple en-suite adjacent to a laundry / utility space connecting the existing kitchen. 1. I am buying a house and would like to re-do the kitchen and break out a non bearing wall, move the garage door and front door and the one window. 2.
