Hi I'm looking at buying a small farm near Clarens in the Free State. It's 30.7 hectares. A huge riverine runs through most of it and a small river at the bottom. I'd like the whole thing fenced with game fencing or security fencing that would also act as a game fence. I'm guessing that where the river is at the bottom, that may need to be a type of palisade to easily let the water flow and allow flooding. One gate (maybe two). We want to build an outdoor area with steel, brick and glass and would obviously need plans for that. I've attached some google images so you can see what style we want to go for PLUS photos, video and a drawing of what we want to do. That's projetct ONE. Project two is smaller as its a remodelling of our outbuildings, by extending the roof over the wasted space. Attached are also photos and a drawing of what we want to do. I'm not sure my outbuildings configuration is % cause it feels squased but anyway. Something you guys can guide us on when we get to the actual plans.
