Good day, I am in the process of purchasing a house (which is still a construction site) and need a quote to finish the roofing system, beam filling, skylights and waterproofing. The house has a butterfly roof design with a boxed gutter running through it. The roof covering most of the house is on, but the part that is on requires beam filling. I also require new roofs over the servants quarters, playroom, entrance hall and lounge area . The building also has concrete slabs and a boxed gutter system which requires waterproofing. There are also skylights which will need to be put in. I have attached the plans of the property to assist you with the calculations.
I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property.
