Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.

The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. We start with preparation, were prepare the wall by first scrapping the Wall's, closing the wall with polyfil, then sand paper then remove dust from the wall after completing closing the cracks and holes, sandpaper and removing the dust we apply our primer after it dries we apply our first coat, if the wall doesn't require second coat we apply our finishing coat

There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
