A generator has been installed so that those with "oxygen" machines are serviced during load shedding. The Generator is fully enclosed and free standing and adjacent to a brick wall we ask if it is necessary to have plans drawn and BCMM approval for the "lean-too" roof. Our Municipal building inspector has advised verbally that it is not necessary so we ask for a second opinion as the extra expense would be a heavy burden for us oldies.
