How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I wish to build a 3 bedroom house in Brandfort, Free State, comprising of an open-plan layout kitchen-to the lounge-to the dining room. The house must have 2 bathrooms (general bathroom and ensuite to the main bedroom) and a garage with a 3 car capacity. .
Nutec flat board, garage at the bottom and the house on top. Slope of approx 1m. Exposed beams in your open lounge dining and kitchen area
The plan should be three bedroom house. It should have a four bathrooms, with room each having its bathroom. The should be a laundry room, sitting room with a build in fire place, dining room and a kitchen (with a stove, dishwasher and stove sitting. A single double garage, outside small kitchen that can fit a coal stove.
Preferably I Want to add a mini flat let above my house
I have a good idea of what I want my kitchen to look like, just need my ideas processed and fine tuned by a professional and put in to technical drawings for contractor. Recommendations on materials would also be useful
I want to convert my single storey into double storey house.
I want to build a flat, one storey up. 8 units at the bottom, 8 units at the top.
Approximately 4 x 4 meter room, with extension of current bathroom into new room. Would like to discuss options.
Extension to build 1 backroom, to build 2 rental flats on top, sitting room in front and the garage.
I want two extensions, two bedrooms and one self contained bedroom.
