What are some of the best n mobile apps for drawing up a house plan or designing a home?
It is an upstairs addition. I need to know the condition of the foundation and if it will be able to handle another level. And I need to know all the costs involved. I need someone who can come and check out the property. Please email me as I am currently traveling and phone calls are a bit difficult at the moment.
It's my first house project. My current location is Witbank. The house is supposed to be built in Thohoyandou, Venda Limpopo. I have an idea of the house and the details of the house. Pool house with Bar and full Bathroom Storage Outside Gardener Toilet and tool storage area 3x Garage *1st floor* Pyjama Lounge with Kitchenette and balcony Office/ Study Linen room ( for towel and linen) Gym 4x Bedrooms with Ensuite, Walk in Closet with Balcony Master Bedroom with his and hers Walk in Closet and ensuite. Approximately +/- sqm
Two bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and one toilet. Would like to add a dinning room. Nothing has been done since the early '80 when it was built. The plan is to flip the house and renovat it and add a room. Considering that it is a old structure, would like change the roofing, timber, and ceiling. Plastering, tiling, electricity and plumbing.
We are purchasing a property that is residential but forms part of a mixed used building (there are stores down stairs). We require a certificate to apply to apply for a mixed use property to be rated as residential. (the document to which this certificate is to be attached has been included in this request.)
Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. - Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)
Important notes: 1. Property to be built on a private nature reserve. 2. Erf is zoned as rural. 3. There is no electricity, so it will require a generator if need be. 4. NO TRUCKS can reach the stands. The roads allow for bakkies, possibly with a trailer. 3 Tonne truck should also be fine. 5. Builders are not allowed to stay on the stand overnight. There is accommodation available at the farm gate (about 10km or so from the stand).

Hi, I live in a complex with a garden that consist only out of grass. I need a gardening service that can help with initial clean-up of relatively maintained garden and then to help with lawn weed control, especially in the back garden, and lawn-mowing and general maintenance of the garden/lawn. I don't think it will be necessary to come in every week. Maybe just for the 1st month to get everything under control and thereafter every 2 weeks.
