The property is to be built in a rocky slop site in Jozini Norther KZN rural area, in step platform, making it 2 levels with a rooftop siting area/possible third floor. With balcony decks on the second and ground floor with an infinite pool, facing the Pongola dam from the mountain. The backside must have parking and a double garage. The house must have a 3/4-bed minimum with a master suite, an open-plan kitchen, and a living area opening to the deck and pool. North-facing sustainable eco home with a view.

I'm required to have a house plan by the municipality, It's a residential house, but applied to make it commercial so it can operate as a guesthouse. The main house has 6 rooms and the cottages 4. So a total of 10 existing rooms need to be put to paper.
