Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen.
