We would like to get an idea of pricing in terms of architectual drawing for a 3 or 4 bedroom house, total open plan concept for the living room, kitchen, dining room opening up to a patio. Within the envisaged structure we intend having a fully-fledged studio which will be used a " Production House" and "Post Production" encompassing "Linear and Non-Linear, as well as Final Mixing, as well as Radio Studio and Music Recording Studio.
