The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.
House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach.
