The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

Please provide a quote on connecting a 2Kw generator to the house DB board with a COC. Description of requirements attached (does not have to be exact - just a previous quote where I explained what I needed)
1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.
3 plugs in the kitchen and 2 plugs in th seating room and 2 plug in th bedroom and 2 plugs in th garage and 7 lights with fittings and rewire DB board
