Good day, Can you please provide me with pricing for plumbing. The property was vandalized. It is a three bedroom house, with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 scullary and an outside bathroom/toilet and the following had to be done:- Installation of Copper pipes for water system including PVC pipes. Installation of pipes and toilets x 4 and basin's and taps x 3, pipe work to install sink in kitchen and gas geyser just outside kitchen. Link all pipes in the house to council water supply.
I have a very old geyser, which I’d now tripping the electricity. Probably need a replacement but was hoping for a water heater that’s not as expensive as replacing an electric geyser. Any suggestions and I need the cost of doing anything please? I need hot water in my bathroom and also in my kitchen. Bathroom has a bath and a shower.
Usually easy to maintain, but in search of reliable assistance whilst physically out of action. General clean up of back garden area. mostly paved with clivia bushes- paved area has been sprayed for weeds- usually takes about 2-3 hours. Trimming of hibiscus bush/ tree, strelitzia and fern situation in the corner of front garden area- especially the hibiscus branching out over the wall into the neighbours driveway. Usually takes 2-3 hours for trimming and cleanup.
We recently bought a house that has quite a lot of dark wood and creamy colours - the outside gives a Tuscan feel. I am completely out of depth as I naturally resonate with colder colours and am a typical "sad, gray Millenial" that likes white, beige and variants of gray. Looking for guidance on how to incorporate some existing furniture, addition of new, as well as ideas for paint, decor and colour in general (would I benefit more from adding sage to my dark wood and cream kitchen, should I go for blue and white China or stick to all black and white?). We are not pressed for time as we have lived with nothing before (moving into an apartment 4 days before lockdown after selling all of our furniture) and would like some type of AI prototype to make decisions. One room may need to be converted to a nursery in future (therefore we are open to couches and carpets that are forgiving towards spills and sticky fingers, alternatively we can do storage for some items for a period of time or do stylish, dark covers). I have plenty of pictures. I prefer to communicate via mail as I struggle with listening and timing (due to my work). I do however work well with individuals that respect time (not early nor late for appointments).

We would like to make use of a company to do our garden maintenance. For now we would like to use your services once but this could be a Fortnightly/Monthly service we could make use of.
