Hi we are hoping to get a new painting,white specifically with white tiling, our kitchen is small and outdated so just want to get rid of everything in there. From there just wow us with the rest of the work. We need a new look in the house. The area that needs to be painted is about x looking at the plan , that is 3 rooms, 3mx3rooms.
- Expand the existing patio (pink tile area) by ~mm towards the grass, and ~mm towards the boundary wall. - Add a brick and mortar braai and a brick and mortar countertop next to it (as indicated on the attached drawing) - The whole patio/stoep area will be covered with a roof, transparent IBR, and one support post support will be needed for it. Change the existing double garage into two bachelors with a shared bathroom. Each bachelors will have their own little kitchenette. We have a decent idea of the design we would like, but need to draw up the plans to be submitted We also want to put in a “drywall” into the house to have an extra room and add paving around the house for extra parking space.

I need a quote on the extension of vibrate wall and extension of the back of the house. My plot is fairly small. The outside wall of the house extends to vibrate wall. The one-room to add walk-in cupboard & the space left to put in build in braai.It must still be in separate space. Let me know if you can assist at least with an extension on the house plan. 4 bedrooms all en-suite bathroom, for two of the kids bedrooms I would love a Jack and Jill bathroom both with access to the bathroom , living room , dining room , big kitchen with a pantry and a scullery , big closet space in the main bedroom if possible a walk in closet ( walk in not walk through ), the main bedroom bathroom may it please be spacious also , guest toilet , 4 garages .
