Important notes: 1. Property to be built on a private nature reserve. 2. Erf is zoned as rural. 3. There is no electricity, so it will require a generator if need be. 4. I need a gardening service that can help with initial clean-up of relatively maintained garden and then to help with lawn weed control, especially in the back garden, and lawn-mowing and general maintenance of the garden/lawn. It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.
