New apartment in Atholl – work to be completed either tomorrow, Weds 24 or Thurs 25 Aug - Assemble Decofurn shelf (flat packed, instructions provided) - Mount tv unit on bracket in bedroom - Mount 3 x floating shelves on dining room wall (provided) - Cupboard railings to be put in 3 cupboards – in 2 of them to replace the existing shelves (Leroy Merlin has the railings metal with plastic ends – please advise if you are able to buy these or I should provide them) - Curtain rails to be put up in 2 bedrooms x 1 wall each, and one lounge wall (I will provide railings) - Check connection for dishwasher/washing machine - Regards
Galvanized mash whit green coated. Clear Vu Cochrane invisible wall. The fence mast is manufactured from high tensile steel. Affixed in the edges of fence panels. The spikes are to be at equal intervals and secured using anti-vandal bolts. Should be able to be integrated with static electric fencing to solidify the perimeter. We have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. My parents room does not have a bathroom, but the room is flush against the the backyard, so it would be perfect to have a bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin lead out that way. Then, we have built an outside structure(no plans), where this is being used temporarily as extra indoor space, very small, enough for a desk and 3/4 bed. Here we would like to create a proper structure thereby creating another room with a sliding door that leads out to the yard. We have built an awning that can fit 3 cars, so using this, maybe we could build a deck as there is a new view above a certain height that one can view the mountain range from. Thanks, Mr.
I need to build a house for me and my family, I am open to ideas on what might work best.. Ideally have a minimum of 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, sitting room, dinning room, a bar, laundry room and a minimum of 3,5 bathrooms 2 door garage with a carport that can fit atleast 2 more cars. Wall fense and braai area next to the bar outside door.
We're in a residential complex and the complex already has electric fencing in place. We, however need an electric fence installed on top of our existing boundary wall on our personal property within the complex. I do need advice on the specifications of the fence with regards to height and length but we want a standard 6wire electric fence on top of our boundary wall.

I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote
