I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.
We have recently moved into a modern apartment. Not all of previous furniture,works for the space aesthetically. Kitchen and living room are open plan so a flow and colours that work together would be great. Help required to put together looks and style the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.
I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.
I am designing an old existing house removing some walls and adding some. Creating an open plan from the kitchen, dinning and lounge. Hello, we currently have a 3 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom, a lounge + kitchen. I would like to extend into a double story house, with a total of 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms with the (2 bathrooms being ensuite), double garage, a kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, Pajama Lounge. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled.
