I had a child custody case opened against me in February and during the ongoing case the father visited the child on June 30th and she was residing with my parents as I am a full time student in Eastern Cape. He told my parents he has taking the child to the mall and never brought the child back. Tried seeking help with the police and children’s court who never helped me.
