I didn't really get feedback from him and had to follow up with him to hear what the progress was with the plans.

Goeiedag, ons benodig n plan vir n groot oopplan area met 1 slaapkamer en instap kas en aparte badkamer. En n scullery en pantry gedeelte by die kombuis. Ons beplan Om later nog 2 kamers en n badkamer aan te bou. N groot stoep/braai area. Ek het rofweg n idee hoe dit moet lyk. Ons wil dit so koste effektief as moontlik bou. Plat dak met val aan een kant. Ons hou nog van die "barn" style huis. Oop plan en rustic.
I would like to build 5 duplexes next to each other. All built from wood. Open plan, two to 3 bedroom units upstairs. Flat roof system, or a standard roof with a East West facing. Roof should be made as such for storage. This will be walled in for smaller complex. We wanting fully off the grid units, with own water management system, sewerage. This will be trail units for further development.

We have a 7 Year Old Double Story Home on a Farming Estate. We have over the past 5 years bought and replaced some furniture in and around our home, however, are really needing the assistance of a professional to give us some sketches and interior design ideas on the layout of rooms, how to utilize certain spaces as well as assistance with ideas for paint and furnishings to give the house a makeover.

At present it's a 3 bedroom flat with built in cupboards in two rooms. A kitchen and lounge. One bathroom with bath tub, toilet and basin. I would like to have an open plan kitchen and living room. No formal lounge. Reno current bathroom including a shower over the tub. Convert one bedroom into a dressing room with an bathroom and walk in shower. Change current window frames to aluminium with trellidoor style burglar guards. The huge wall to wall window in the lounge must change to aluminium French doors with trellidoor burglar guards.

The house my have combination of attached concept 1 to 3. Add glass to improve natural light and minimize power usage to maintain comfortable room temperature in both winter and summer. -Main bad room on second floor ontop of the garage - Lounge to maintain current location however increased to add a dinner table. - Balcony on main bedroom and above lounge. - Easy access to balcony above lounge for visitors
