Post tenant cleaning Good day Please provide a quote on cleaning a 4 bed, 4 bath double storey townhouse. Approximate size is m2. The surfaces are laminate wood and tiles. There is also a 30m2 AstroTurf. The house is empty apart from an empty fridge which also requires a deep clean.
1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.
