I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. We are a school called Phendukani Full Service High School in the Madadeni Township. We are looking for solar panels to cover us during load shedding. This can occur for 3-4 hours, generally only once during the school day. A previous quote recommended that we'd need an 8.8kw inverter, a 5.1kw lithium battery, and 12 w solar panels. So we are looking for quotes for systems similar to this. We are happy either to rent for 2-3 years or to buy, and would like quotes for both. Hello, I have just opened a Pty Ltd company. I generate income (2 x per year) from a single customer overseas which goes into my personal account. This will be transferred to my Pty company. Also starting to generate income from a 2nd local company (one invoice per month). Am working from home most of the time. So things are pretty simple. There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.

I need an accountant, and tax practitioner to work in collaboration. I do my rep updates myself, but will supply all required documentation, for telephonic appointments. All my TB's are absolutely correct. But I need someone to submit provisionals, and tax. Also, my experience is, that smallwr companies doesn't really need their AFS, at fin year end. When they need to buy vehicles, overdraft, or such financial assistance. The financial institutions, doesn't want to work with management statements, but current AFS. This would mean, that the client would need to pay for AFS, at fin year end, and then, again, later through the year. I'm just starting up. I do all my own footwork and submissions. I need a pricelist, for acting as my accountant, and tax practitioner. I would like to have a pricelist, for said requirements. I need to have decent fees, please? I use to work for an accounting firm, handling 64 clients, mostly VAT registered, along with all statutory duties. I have severe Ortho arthritis, hand couldn't handle the pain,pressure, and sitting in the same position anymore. I'm starting up from scratch, with just enough clients, that can cover my expences, and have a decent salary. Even retired accountants will be appreciated.

Good day. Firstly I'd like to note that I have CCTV camera installed already at my house. My problem is the DVR. The guys that installed the system locked it with a pattern which apparently no one knows. I've contacted someone and they told me the only way to unlock is for them to come pick it up, unlock it at their office then return and connect it. They never came by I'm looking for someone who's reliable and can come and unlock the DVR for me. Someone who's trustworthy enough to not swap and return a different one if they have to unlock at their workplace. DVR password unlock is the only service I need right now
