I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. We are looking for a quick fix for this, as we'll be embarking on some major renovations later in the year that will require replacement of this roof. Thank you!
Want to extend a bedroom to make it bigger. Maybe add an ensuite as well. Its reservoir hills so the landscape is not level. Bedroom high level on front side and low level on one side. On front side we would add glass sliding doors and add a way for entrance into the room. Maybe stairs on balcony with stairs

I have 2 beds (1 x Q and 1 x D) - Beds are not wrapped but covered with thick plastic covers. 1 x Sleeper couch. Also covered. A single fridge. A medium TV stand. A TV & Decoder. TV is bubble wrapped but might need more wrapping. 4 storage boxes.

I require a permanent, timeless design & do not mind if I have to uproot ALL my plants to different areas in my garden. My front yard is full sun, no trees & my backyard receives morning sun & partial afternoon shade. I want to move pavers to the backyard & transplant the lawn to the front yard. Yes I live with my parents,since late granpa build our three rooms (mud) it's totally finished everything. The entire house can fall to us anytime. Please kindly assist. It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Painting the outside of the house and retainer walls. 7. Enclosing entertainment area but no plans submitted yet .

Semi detached - need only my side inspected and advised on for full roof repair or replacement, really not sure. Rain gets in from I dont know where and ceilings are affected over winter. I was wrongfully accused and arrested I want to sue the state because even now the court it's still continuing even though the defender dropped the case they keep on saying further in investigation. My family went to the investigation officer and told her the defender it's a psyche but they did not do anything about it. I was held in Sun City prison for 3 days so I want to Sue the State
