This may create a bit of a problem in quoting on plaster work. The quote request excludes the scullery, adjacent garage and flatlet. Already built. I would prefer a LABOUR QUOTE only, for now.

Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.
I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.
