I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
We really want someone to bring our ideas to reality. We recently bought a space and completely broke it down and had it redone so we now have a 4 bedroom space. Good day Please note I have taken a shop in Pretoria CBD Arcadia to be specific with my land lords being city property. I need an a sacap registered architect design for our next shop sized at 49sqm. The land lord needs to send it to council for approval and the one we had they said was ok but not not fit for sacap approval So we wanted to submit ours to be re designed and approved. Please advise the requirements for such and how long it will take to prepare it. Cause we need it ASAP.

I would like to modernize and furnish a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point for personal use and potential short-term rental when I am not in Cape Town. My taste/style skews modern, minimalist (I will provide photos of other houses/apartments). I will need to completely furnish the apartment and am looking for layout, design ideas, and interior styling/decorating ideas. I work from home when in Cape Town so 2nd bedroom needs to function as home-office, and it would be ideal if it could also be used as a bedroom for guests. We recently bought a home in Lonehill and looking to renovate the home. It is an older home but has many possibilities and we are looking for something different and nice.
