1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
Installing electricity from scratch in a 6 roomed house with a toilet( seventh room) The dB will be in a kitchen. The lounge will have 2 plug points and 1 double switch, the kitchen will have 3 plug points and 1 double switch. The main bedroom will have 2 plug points and I switch. The second bedroom will have 1 plug point and 1 switch. Third bedroom will as well have 1 plug point and 1 switch. The fourth will have 1 plug point and 1 switch. The lounge will have 5 dull lights. The kitchen will have 6 dull lights. Other rooms will have each normal lights.
I would like to convert our garage into a room that doubles as a home office/gym. i.e. home office during the day, gym in the evening. The idea is to end up with one large room after the following has been done: 1. Seal off the garage door 2. Add a frosted window to the sealed garage door that opens (for fresh air) 3. Add 2 large windows and a door on the adjacent wall Outside the garage is a covered open parking which I would also like to convert to a closed parking as follows: 1. Add a large gate to make it a closed parking 2. Add metal bars on top of the adjacent durawall similar to the ones on the opposite wall
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.
Good evening I am looking to extend my boundary wall. The length and height that needs to be build is as per the below: Section one Length 13 meters Height mm Section two Length 8 meters Height 2 meters Section three Length 15 meters Height 1.2 There is an existing wall that has steel on it. The above measurements differ because the height of the actual differs throughout the driveway. Furthermore, we would like to add roofing to 21 meters in length and 4 to 5 meters in breadth. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards
