Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,

I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.
