I need to replace the existing hand basin and toilet. I would like to buy the items from the likes of Chamberlains - with the guidance of a handyman to ensure that I buy the correct stuff. Then the work needed is the removal of the basin and toilet and the new ones installed. I need to know if this can be done with little or no damage to the existing wall and floor tiles. Many thanks .

1. All 3 window’s putty needs to be painted – paint door both sides, paint inside and outside of small window 2. Where kitchen tv was hanging, seal the holes with plaster ad repaint the back wall 3. Kitchen cupboard below the sink needs to be repaired. Nails need to be used to fix the inside frame 4. Kitchen cupboard lock needs to be replaced 5.
