My client is the owner of a property. She wants to claim damages from the person who rented the property. For that I would need quotes to access the reasonable costs of repair. Please see attached the photos. The entire place needs small work done here and there and a thorough cleaning is also required.

Problem : Mazista Natural Slate Roof replacement (or fully refurbish with new underlayer). My slate roof is in need of full underlay refurb / replacement by specialist slater, or full replacement alternatives eg . metal, shingle etc. It is steeply pitched double storey at 51 deg with multiple large dormers ( x7 ). Total sloped (ie. slated) roof surface is sqm. The fibre-cement gutters can support ladders. Cost of full underlay refurb versus new outer material covering will be key, however migration to a much lighter roofing material like steel (1/5 est) is a strong factor since de-trussing inner sections will allow creation of wanted loft space, so may override cost concerns. Currently replacement thinking is new Standing Seam metal zincalume type covering (if possible due to complexity of dormer valleys), but also metal shingle look alike products, or simply Everite fibre-cement mitred slates. Bearing in mind that the current trusses will be more than capable of supporting any other roofing material without much modification. P.S. See attachment pictures to give a better idea of the dormers and valleys.

Check thermostat & geyser pressure valve, set temperature to 55 degrees Celsius; In addition: Replace washers to bath, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine & dishwasher taps; Water Jet cleaning of water system. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. The project would be in Hermon, 24 km from Wellington and 30km from Malmesbury. On this plan we need the IBR sheeting to be one whole length sheet of say 1,5 meter wide and 19 meter long. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Small oil drips on the driveway need to be cleaned 6. Top kitchen corner cupboard has mould inside and the backboard needs to be cleaned or replaced 7.
