7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.

We are looking to have a 6x6 carport installed. Loose standing. We are unsure of the type but it seems the shade nets are popular in mosselbay and not sure why so a recommendation could be provided. Obviously cost would be an issue and also time to install. Also do we need building plans approved>?

The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. As I do not always have my phone with me I would appreciate a WhatsApp. A contractor has started the job but then ran off with the money without doing most of the work.

House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. I'm getting few quotes. please e-mail juts a more of less estimate. I'm attaching old photos just to show the garage and the house roof type.
it ideally needs to shade the car and protect it , from sun rise to sunset . Shade cloth options only offer shade art certain times of the day , not mornings or afternoons . We start with preparation, were prepare the wall by first scrapping the Wall's, closing the wall with polyfil, then sand paper then remove dust from the wall after completing closing the cracks and holes, sandpaper and removing the dust we apply our primer after it dries we apply our first coat, if the wall doesn't require second coat we apply our finishing coat
