I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. 1)Sika Cemflex reinforced waterproofing on 'Cemflex' membrane or simmilar approved applied in strict accordance with manufacturers details including waste (35m2) 2) One layer of DERBIGUM SP 4mm fully sealed to deck by torch on fusion or coldbond 90 ADHESIVE SPREAD at the rate of 1-3sqm per Litre depending on absorption of the surface. Side laps at 75mm and end laps at mm sealed together by torch on fusion. Vertical and horizontal turns should be fused to the primed surfaces; angles; outlets fillets and flat edges. Good day I would like to request a handyman for the following work please: 1. Old apartment in Saxonwold – work to be completed any time from Weds 25, to Mon 29, Aug - Replace old Yale lock - Fill in 2 x small holes in bedroom wall made by headboards (hanging in 2 rooms, removed) and tv unit that was placed on a bracket against the wall (4 small holes) - Paint if necessary 2. New apartment in Atholl – work to be completed either tomorrow, Weds 24 or Thurs 25 Aug - Assemble Decofurn shelf (flat packed, instructions provided) - Mount tv unit on bracket in bedroom - Mount 3 x floating shelves on dining room wall (provided) - Cupboard railings to be put in 3 cupboards – in 2 of them to replace the existing shelves (Leroy Merlin has the railings metal with plastic ends – please advise if you are able to buy these or I should provide them) - Curtain rails to be put up in 2 bedrooms x 1 wall each, and one lounge wall (I will provide railings) - Check connection for dishwasher/washing machine - Regards
My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote

2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working.
