I have two issues I need resolved. First I received a notification from SARS saying that I have an outstanding amount to pay to them and I have no idea what that is about or if I must pay it. Secondly I have a business issue, I had a business for six months a while ago and I never paid tax, I need help with this please.
Lots of cracked walls throughout the property. Needs filling and every room in the unit to be re-painted. It is a two-bedroomed home with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen top, shelves, cupboard doors and kick plates to be repaired/replaced. Hob needs replacing. Tiles to be grouted again. Garage full of cracks. Needs to be filled. Security door to patio's lock needs to be replaced.

Good day, the property is m2 and 2 sides are already fenced in. I need to enclose the remaining 2 sides to make it safe for my dogs. I will also require a gate; either sliding (without a motor) or swing gate. There are existing brick pillars that have already been installed on the one side and I don't know if it will cause a problem.

To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
We have a face brick home with tile roof. Looking to add a 36m2 garage, adjacent to the house. Nothing fancy required - no ceiling boards and not necessary to plaster inside of garage. Single garage door, and a normal back-door. As mentioned, the garage will be adjacent to the house, so the existing face brick wall will serve as firewall between house and garage.
