I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. Want to extend a bedroom to make it bigger. Maybe add an ensuite as well. Its reservoir hills so the landscape is not level. Bedroom high level on front side and low level on one side. Semi detached - need only my side inspected and advised on for full roof repair or replacement, really not sure. Rain gets in from I dont know where and ceilings are affected over winter.
