It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.

We are looking for flat wrap razor wire to be laid along an existing 1.8m tall Bonnox fence. Quotes should be installed and supplied as two separate quotes. Just a single strip of flat wrap along the top of the bonnox fence. All areas are easily accessible as there is a perimeter road along the fenceline. Good day. The property is m right round there are 2 motor gates. The garage is not attached to the house. The distance from where the Energizer would be mounted up to the fence is 10 meter. There are enough soil for earthing. The property fence wall is made of rock and cement. The front fence has pieces of palisade devils fork of 2,5 m each for the whole length of 56 meters. The property consist of 4 corners. The property is a Square. Xtras needed: A remote panel to reset the alarm would be good. A siren as well as a strobe light. We are building 12 x 2-bedroom apartments over 2 floors. The land size is approximately 1, m2 in total. It is split into 3 equal portions of m2 each. The floor size is 1,m2 including patios and roof slabs. Plans have been submitted to the Brakpan municipality waiting approval. The zoning is Residential 3 and funding for the project is ready.
