Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout.
