My dad passed away recently - we are in the process of arranging with a removal company to move the items to storage. We need to sell the house, however once everything is out, we need someone to clean cupboards, tiles in bathrooms etc. There are carpets, however do not see the need to pay for cleaning them - if the property is sold the buyers will most probably replace with tiles Main bedroom with en-suite, 2 small bedrooms, kitchen and lounge - I do not have any photo's of the house at this stage
