I am aiming for a Nutec build preferably but will consider brick build. I want to build on one particular part of the property. It is my daughter's property. I am quite clueless with regards to what will be best regarding style, materials etc. so I do require quite a bit of advice from an architect.
I want to extend my garage and build another garage to to it. I also want to attach a boundry wall next to the garages. I am also looking to build a workshop in my back yard (Width: 2.8m Length: 10m)
We would like to meet on 16 Feb and show you what we need done. We have a block of flats that will need to be made into smaller rooms.
We have a home that is built on a sloped area and we are looking to find out whether extending the home will be possible and what exactly we can achieve on this surface and we need an architect to advise.
It is actually outbuildings I want to build for rental purposes
We have an existing house -- and need to draw up an approved house drawing -- as we need to add 2 sink roof structures on the property. Currently, I only need an estimated quote before we can progress to getting an architect on site -- see attachment of old City Tshwane approved plan
