In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. I had an architect design the additions and draft new plans, but I never got the plans approved at city council due to the incredibly long and inefficient process at council. It would be great to get my plans approved and updated with the city council so everything is in order if I need to sell one day. Would you be able to assist with this? I believe I need both a Building Plan approval and a Site Development Plan approval. I can provide completed architectural plans on request.

Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost?
